Taryn J. Kristal is the author of ME-TOX and the creator of The ME-TOX Method™, a framework for Self love rooted in embodied awareness and soul-level alignment.

The ME-TOX Method™ guides individuals out of reactivity, fear, and unconscious patterning and into a way of living marked by presence, stability, and integrity.

Through her programs, workshops, and teachings, Taryn supports individuals through emotional transformation and self-liberation. Her passion is rooted in walking with people from their perceived shadows into their inherent light, helping them align with
the deep responsibility of what it means to truly be embodied “in love.”

She teaches that all relationships are purposeful, sacred mirrors offering different perspectives to see who we truly are, so we may choose who we prefer to Be.

Welcome to my highest calling - creating a space to guide others on their journey to Self Mastery and transformation. I am passionate about raising the collective energy and empowering each soul body to remember the light within that illuminates their chosen path.

We all deserve to live a life of fulfillment and to know our purpose. I have spent decades navigating uncertainty and facing the unknowns to reach a place where I can catalyze my experiences to heal and guide others. It is only through experience and awakening that we truly EVOLVE.

I hold a degree in Psychology with continued education and certifications in Mindfulness, Energy Healing, Life Coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) Mastery.

I maintain a solo practice in Cold Spring Harbor, NY as well as work with companies hosting retreats and leading workshops on wellness and transformation. I am an Executiv

My work focuses on empowerment, transformation, energy healing, anxiety diffusion, mindfulness and cognitive reframing to achieve an optimal state of overall well-being.
